REQUESTING MOBILE PHLEBOTOMY SERIVICES

 

Contact Jprolabs2go,llc  if you are interested in receiving mobile phlebotomy services. A lab requisition is required by the doctor in order for any labs to be drawn.  Lab orders can be submitted through email or fax. Once the patient requisition is received we will schedule a date and time to come out to your home, or place of  business.  Patients are notified the day  before and the day of with a courtesy call as a reminder for lab services. We are committed to providing our patients with convenient and worry free phlebotomy services.
